The relationship between the strength of the magnetic field H and the magnetic flux density B can be expressed by B = \u03bcH using the ease of magnetization of an object \u03bc (magnetic permeability).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the atmosphere, \u03bc is approximately 1, and 1 Gauss \u2248 1 Oersted except for special cases. Magnetic field strength is usually expressed in oersteds, amperes per meter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, when expressing magnetic flux density, units such as gauss and tesla are used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, the magnetic flux density B can be expressed as a value that includes the ease of magnetization, and the magnetic field H can be expressed as a value that does not include the ease of magnetization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are residual magnetic flux density (Br) and coercive force (Hc) to express the characteristics of well-known permanent magnets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coercive force is the strength of the magnetic field in the opposite direction that must be applied to reverse the polarity of a magnet, so Oersteds is used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3008Magnetic field unit conversion table\u3009<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"tablewrap\">\n<table class=\"table01\" style=\"height: 56px;
