Which is better, constant current drive or constant voltage drive?

The sensor is designed assuming constant current drive, but it can also be driven at constant voltage.

Is it possible to detect a pressure of 1kPa with a 10kPa sensor?

It’s possible, but with reduced sensitivity.

Is it possible to detect pressures other than non-corrosive gases?

It can not be used.

How linearity is it?

Although it differs for each pressure range, it is ±0.3 to ±1.5% F.S.

Do you have an IC type?

There is no pressure sensor with built-in IC.

Do you have pressure sensors other than gauge pressure?

It is not in our lineup.

How much kPa of pressure can be applied?

The withstand pressure for 100kPa is up to 10 times the rated pressure.
For other pressure ranges, it is 3 to 8 times.

How is the storage/use temperature range?

Storage temperature range: -40°C to +125°C Operating temperature range: -20°C to +100°C

How is the output resolution.

Since it is an analog output, the resolution is infinite.

How is the reference pressure?

Atmospheric pressure is the standard.

Is it possible to use it in a freezing environment?

It can not be used. If it freezes, it will not be covered by compensation.

It can not be used. Not covered by compensation.

Can it be used in a closed environment?

Since it is a gauge pressure sensor, it cannot be used in a closed environment.
Open the air inlet when using.

How is repeatability.

Although it differs for each pressure range, it is ±0.2 to ±0.5% F.S.

How are reproducibility and pressure hysteresis.

Although it differs for each pressure range, it is ±0.2 to ±0.5% F.S.

How to convert the accuracy display to ±○○kPa notation.

The accuracy display %FS is the value converted to 100% of the output voltage at the rated pressure.
Therefore, the conversion to kPa can be calculated by “Rated pressure x %FS”.

For example, when converting the rated pressure 98.1kPa±0.3%FS, it will be ±98.1kPa x 0.003 = ±0.2943kPa.

What is the packaging shape? Also, does it support mounter implementation?

Packing shape is stick or tray.
The packing tray is a dedicated tray that supports mounter mounting.

Do you have an absolute pressure sensor?

We don’t have absolute pressure sensor. Our pressure sensor is only gauge pressure sensor.

Is it possible to use constant voltage (5V) drive instead of constant current drive?

It can also be used with constant voltage drive. However, sensitivity fluctuation is larger than constant current drive.

How is the overall accuracy of the pressure sensor?

The total accuracy is the linearity and pressure hysteresis at room temperature plus the characteristic fluctuations in the operating temperature range (offset voltage temperature characteristics + sensitivity temperature characteristics).

What is full scale (%FS)?

Refers to the output span voltage. When showing error and accuracy, it is indicated as a percentage of full scale.

Is the output signal affected by atmospheric variations?

Gauge type pressure sensors detect differential pressure against atmospheric pressure. Therefore, the pressure sensor output is not affected by atmospheric pressure fluctuations.
* Accurate pressure detection cannot be performed if the atmospheric pressure inlet provided on the side of the pressure sensor package is blocked.

What is the detection medium?

It is assumed that the detection medium of the single pressure sensor is “non-corrosive gas”.
